250/5 ausf B II. 1944 5.SS.PzAA.Wiking correction

Demag D7p, Sd.Kfz. 250/5 ausf B typ II, originally built in 1944.

Was found on a scrapyard in 1970's  town Graz, Austria together with two sister-vehicles, Sd.Kfz. 250/1(MG) ausf B, and Sd.Kfz.251/1 ausf D, all three vehicles belonged to SS-Fifth Reconaissance Batalion Wiking. 5.SS.Pz.A.A.Wiking   Which surrended to allied troops in 1945

Vehicle had already 2 big restorations, first occured in 80's in Austria overall restoration without interrior components adn radio system. Second restoration was complete refurbish of vehicle, making it easily driving, adding mainly everything it must have including radio rack, seats(except commander) and radios are not in working condition.

This vehicle had 2 restorations since it was found in Graz in 1970's now it will get third, and hopefully a last one:

  • All radios rebuilt to working condition
  • Add original central comander seat
  • Paint and camouflage to 5-SS Pz. A.A. Wiking signifincant to make it historically correct.
